Whether you use a laywer or haggle on your own, you can usually get a bigger settlement. In my accident, I looked at the adjusters settlement offer and compared it to blue book values and didn’t think it was a fair amount. I said, based on mileage of my car, they were giving me a lowball offer. They ended up making a second offer of about four hundred dollars more.”
